2. Good Bacteria Tablet & Diffuser Replacement (Once Per Year) Healthy bacteria are essential to proper septic system function.
- One good bacteria tablet replacement per year
- Diffuser replacement (if applicable)

What’s Not Included Im Your Maintenance
To keep pricing transparent and fair, the maintenance agreement does not include:
Repair or replacement of failed components (unless covered under manufacturer warranty)
Septic tank pumping (typically billed separately, based on tank size and condition)
Coverage for damage caused by neglect, misuse, or improper system use. If repairs or pumping are needed, we’ll explain your options clearly before any work is done.
